- 1-3 years previous construction management/estimating experience is preferred.
- Be able to communicate in a tactful, precise and productive manner.
- Posses the ability to multitask.
- Possess the ability to use programs in the Microsoft office suite efficiently and effectively.
- Some proficiency/ familiarity with Procore.
- Possess an undergraduate 4-yr college degree.
- Assist in estimating ground up and interior renovation construction projects.
- Maintain a 5-day in-office work week with the ability to work remotely from time to time when needed.
- Work with clients, co workers, and subcontractors in a constructive manor.
- Maintain organized job specific scopes and be able to communicate those effectively
- Ability to assist in delivering an estimate in a timely manner
- Ability to analyze existing field conditions and compare those to the conceptual drawings.
- Possess the ability to hold sub contractors and vendors accountable to schedule and dead lines.
