Thomas Edwards Group Inc. is Hiring a Construction Accounts Payable Specialist Near Dallas, TX
Client, located in South Dallas, is looking for a Construction AP Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This could be contract-to-hire for the right candidate. This position is fully on-site and working hours are 7:30am-4:30pm.
Keys:
- Construction industry required
- Assist Project Managers as needed
- Making sure all A/P invoices are in Timberscan
- Matching credit card items with receipts
- Entering expense reports
- Verify that jobs in Timberscan have the correct Project Manger assigned
- Monitor payables email from vendors to make sure the inbox is clean everyday
- Review vendor statements and verify all invoices are in Sage
