Responsibilities
- Meet the continuous short-term and long-term strategic objectives of the organization.
- Maintain consistent policies, forms, processes, and assuring all are used appropriately and timely.
- Provide counsel to management concerning risk mitigation
- Maintain records for all employees, manage enrollment activities annually, advise employees concerning payroll and benefits.
- Compile strategic ways to advance workforce planning (i.e. recruiting, selection, orientation, and exit process).
- Ensure employees are receiving the appropriate training and development to adequately perform their jobs.
- Acquiring and administering an attractive compensation and benefits package.
- Align performance management systems with compensation structures by developing a compensation philosophy that reflects the notions of the company.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, procedures, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotions, and employee benefits.
- Identify and comply with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.
- Seek to mirror the employee's needs and rights with the needs of the organization.
- Possess ideal risk management practices that align with the executive leadership team.
- Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets management information needs.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field required
- Must have a minimum of 7 - 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources
- HRCI or SHRM certifications Preferred
- System Conversion Experience
- ERP Experience
- Bi-Lingual Nice to Have
