Job DescriptionHuman Resource Director 9547Will be responsible for functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities
  • Meet the continuous short-term and long-term strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Maintain consistent policies, forms, processes, and assuring all are used appropriately and timely.
  • Provide counsel to management concerning risk mitigation
  • Maintain records for all employees, manage enrollment activities annually, advise employees concerning payroll and benefits.
  • Compile strategic ways to advance workforce planning (i.e. recruiting, selection, orientation, and exit process).
  • Ensure employees are receiving the appropriate training and development to adequately perform their jobs.
  • Acquiring and administering an attractive compensation and benefits package.
  • Align performance management systems with compensation structures by developing a compensation philosophy that reflects the notions of the company.
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, procedures, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotions, and employee benefits.
  • Identify and comply with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.
  • Seek to mirror the employee's needs and rights with the needs of the organization.
  • Possess ideal risk management practices that align with the executive leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets management information needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field required
  • Must have a minimum of 7 - 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources
  • HRCI or SHRM certifications Preferred
  • System Conversion Experience
  • ERP Experience
  • Bi-Lingual Nice to Have
