Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our crew(s), ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of arborists in various tasks such as pruning, tree removal, stump grinding, plant installations, transplanting, and cabling and bracing
- Plan and assign work schedules to crew members.
- Train new team members on proper pruning/removal techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew to meet client expectations.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or requests promptly.

Requirements:
- 3 years experience in tree work and supervising a team.
- Proficiency in various tasks and skill sets outlined above.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
