A MOWING MANAGER will be experienced in the tasks of a Team Member ( mowing, trimming, light weeding, and use of a backpack blower) and have good interpersonal skills. Fertilizing experience and RT license or greater is required.

Responsibilities:

• training new members & crew leaders
• serve as a team leader in the field each day
• assist in the assignments of crew members
• maintain the expected high level of quality service on each property
• ensure that safety protocols are followed
• set a good example for others
• help other crews as needed, especially outside of the mowing season (no winter layoff)
