Park Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Park Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our park facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors.

Compensation:
- Free onsite live in quarters.

Responsibilities:

- Collect rent from tenants.

- Keep the 13 RV spaces rented out.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the 100 space park facility.
- Oversee park staff.
- Ensure compliance with and other legal requirements
- Handle property leasing and sales inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and tenants
- Implement and enforce park rules and regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to park management
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Monitor budget and expenses related to park operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or related field
- Knowledge of software applications
- Familiarity with tasks and procedures
- Understanding of management and negotiation
- Strong knowledge of principles
- Ability to interpret and apply effectively
- Experience with property management software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $1.00 per hour

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
