Seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Benefits Representative/Customer Service Agent to join their team. As a Benefits Rep/Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their benefit queries and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based at our company headquarters in Columbus, with the possibility of remote work in the future.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address benefit-related questions and concerns
• Assist customers in enrolling or making changes to their benefit plans
• Provide accurate and timely information about available benefits and plan options
• Document customer interactions and update customer records in the company database
• Resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating when necessary
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best customer experience

RequirementsRequirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a benefits or insurance-related role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and empathy towards customers
• Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed
