Summary
- Cleans cafeteria (tables, counters, etc.) thorough the day and sweeps/ mops floors.
- Cleans all equipment in the kitchens, receiving area, loading dock, room service, service area, elevator, and walk in boxes.
- Cleans coffee machine, juice machine, refrigerators, walls, garbage cans, R.S. tables, hot boxes, etc.
- Keeps in excellent condition sanitation of the kitchens and burger joint.
- Uses the pressure machine.
- Overnight position also cleans dishwashers.
- Pick up garbage on F&B floors.
Garbage Related Tasks
- Picks up garbage.
- Drives tractor in the compactor area.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL:
- 6 months experience in restaurant work or in a position that provides the skills necessary for this position.
DESIRABLE:
- Fluent in English
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
ESSENTIAL:
Other Physical Skills
- Lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying in excess of 60lbs.
- Standing, walking for long period of time.
Self-Efficacy
- Knows name and use of chemicals.
Salary Range: $28.4044 -$37.8725 per hour
