- Provide high quality training, re-training, and continued education to foster parents on your caseload
- Participate in recruitment events, marketing, and other methods to encourage increased foster parent interest at Thompson
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have a valid Driver License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in.
- Education requirement for this individual contributor role is: Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software, excellent written and oral communication skills. Meets criteria as a Qualified Professional in North Carolina.
