Business Operations support for a fast paced environment of 250 employees and managers in multiple locations. Must be proficient in Office 365, able to maintain a high level of customer service, and have a willingness to learn.

The successful candidate will be responsible for compliance reporting and CDRL submission and for coordinating travel and training assignments for employees and managers. The candidate will maintain office supplies, coordinate shipments, and order/maintain inventory. This position is responsible for taking notes during meetings and coordinating data call submissions while managing information in an organized setting. The associate will coordinate monthly correspondence with employees, interface with third party vendors, and serve as a point of contact for Marketing support. This position requires a self starter who has strong communication abilities, including writing skills. Candidate must be proficient in Office 365 including Excel, Outlook, MS Word, and Powerpoint. Experience with Unanet or Isolved is a plus.

One to Three years of experience in an office setting, utilizing MS Office Products. Experience with government contracting is highly desirable. Travel coordination, completing reports in Excel and other programs, and at minimum a basic understanding of marketing and social media are highly desired.

Bachelors degree is preferred, High School diploma required.
