Overview As a Busser at Locals Tacos and Tequila, you will play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and assisting the waitstaff in delivering a seamless dining experience. Set tables with clean and properly arranged tableware, ensuring they are ready for the next guests. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces. Collaborate with servers and hosts to ensure a seamless flow of service. Assist guests with any immediate needs, such as refilling water glasses or providing additional utensils. Qualifications Ability to maintain a clean and organized dining area with a keen eye for detail. Willingness to work collaboratively with other restaurant staff. Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights. Friendly demeanor and a customer-focused approach.
