Ensure all ingredients are properly labeled, stored, and ready for use during service hours. Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment, such as knives, slicers, and food processors. Maintain a clean and organized work station, including equipment cleaning and sanitization. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of food preparation. Qualifications Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred. Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately. Capable of working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Willingness to collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and organized service.
