Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer guest questions. Ensure guests have a delightful dining experience by attending to their needs and requests. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and tact. Qualifications Must be able to speak clearly and understand basic English to facilitate the communication process. Ability to learn menu items and service procedures.
