ResponsibilitiesSales: Identify potential clients' insurance needs and sell appropriate coverage options.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively presenting insurance products and closing deals.
Lead Generation: In addition to provided leads, proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Product Knowledge: Continuously update your understanding of insurance products, industry trends, and regulations.
RequirementsLicensing: Active Property and Casualty License required.
Experience: No experience required, we just need individuals who are coachable and self-driven to succeed and learn!
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support a positive team environment.
If Remote / Hybrid: A dedicated and private workspace, high speed internet, and prior experience working from home preferred.
