Empowerment through Training: Onboarding Process
We believe in equipping our team with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel. Our comprehensive onboarding includes at least 20 hours of paid training ($13/hr), covering our company operations, cleaning techniques, and equipment use. This phase is crucial for ensuring all team members are well-prepared and confident in their roles.
Your Path Forward: Compensation and Advancement
Post-training, team members advance to roles as Cleaner I ($14/hr) or Cleaner II ($15/hr), with opportunities for further growth and higher-paying specialized jobs ranging between $15-$20/hr. We value hard work and dedication, offering these specialized opportunities to team members who have proven their commitment and are in good standing with our organization.
Operational Essentials: Travel and Uniform Policy
Our model includes compensated travel between accounts at $0.665 per mile, though we strive to minimize commute times. Our uniform policy requires wearing a provided Jani-King shirt (first one free) and maintaining a professional appearance.
Leveraging Technology: Phone Requirements
Given our decentralized operation, team members must use the Janitorial Manager application for clocking in/out, supply requests, and communication. This requirement ensures efficiency and effectiveness in our operations, enabling us to maintain the highest standards of service.

As part of our team, you'll perform a variety of tasks to keep our clients' premises immaculate. The list below outlines the core tasks that most of our accounts require.
