Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues in both a commercial setting as well as a residential setting.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment in commercial and apartment buildings.
- Work directly with contractors on larger projects, securing bids and ensuring the work is completed.

-Ensure the value of the owner's property by troubleshooting issues and preventative maintenance functions.
-Ensure the satisfaction of both the business tenants as well as residential tenants while keeping the best interests of the owners in mind.

Requirements:

- Experience in apartment/commercial maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively

-The ability to multi task

-A valid driver's license and insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.50 - $26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
