Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the Director, Channel Operations for FindLaw, a leading digital marketing solutions provider to small law firms. This role will play a critical part in driving the operations of customer-facing teams, optimizing sales and renewal processes, and leveraging data to enhance productivity and revenue generation. This ideal candidate will be data-driven, self-motivated, intellectually curious, and adept at building deep relationships with sales and client executive leadership & key functional partners.
About the Role
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives. Regularly assess forecast accuracy and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
  • Renewal Forecasting: Partner with Client Executive leadership to deliver accurate weekly forecasts and bring forward recommendations to streamline and automate the forecasting process over time.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales organization, such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and sales cycle length. Develop dashboards and reports to track performance against targets and drive accountability within Salesforce.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales and/or Client Executives leadership to develop enablement programs and tools that empower our customer-facing teams to be more effective and efficient. Provide training and support to ensure adoption and utilization of sales enablement resources.
  • Digital and Tools: Evaluate, implement, and optimize technology solutions to support channel operations and enable data-driven decision-making. Serve as the owner for FindLaw's digital assist and digital renewal offer capabilities.
  • Mexico Global Center Partnership: Serve as FindLaw's liaison to our partner teams in Mexico City, who support our sales prospecting and account coordination work.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in a channel leadership, or a leadership role in sales operations, analytics, or related role, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable business impact.
