Investment Banking Associate position ( Renewable Energy team) required by a premier and growing Investment Bank.
Overview:
- Support leadership in origination activity
- Execution activities, such as data analysis, preparation of materials, deal documentation
- Financial research, analysis, modelling, cash flow analysis, M&A analysis
- Preparation of materials supporting compliance, credit, balance sheets etc
- Portfolio analysis, gathering of market data, shareholder profiles etc
Skills
- Results orientated
- Experience at an Investment Bank as an Analyst or Associate (desirable)
- Experience working in renewable energy, power, utilities
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Analytical ability with financial data
- Team player, ability to multi-task and interact with multiple internal teams
Compensation: $450k total comp
