Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Clinical Data Managers (CDMs)
• Oversee projects and ensure quality control of deliverables
• Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship
• Liaise with sponsors and manage vendors
• Update supervisors on progress
• Develop and update SOPs and training manuals
• Train staff on data management and study protocols
• Create and maintain study documentation
• Oversee data review, query generation, and medical coding
• Ensure quality of EDC systems and data integration
• Provide input on clinical trial protocols
• Implement process improvements and lead complex projects
• Participate in client meetings and sales presentations

Education:

• Minimum BS in a scientific or health-related field

Experience:

• 10 years in Clinical Data Management
• 2 years in a supervisory role

Skills:

• Knowledge of GCPs and regulatory guidelines
• Familiarity with medical terminology and data management software (Medidata RAVE)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
