Store Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our Liquor store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's daily operations
- Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive store traffic and increase sales
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales and management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in math for inventory management and financial analysis
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team towards achieving goal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,930.84 - $51,701.66 per year
