General Ledger Accountant Job Summary
A local electrical construction firm seeks an experienced General Ledger Accountant to keep track of its daily transactions and to ensure compliance with its financial efficiency goals. Our ideal candidate would have a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent professional experience.
Track daily transactions and ensure their accuracy in the general ledger.
- Approve and track expense reports
- Oversee the financial recording of information in GL
- Issue financial statements
- Reconcile invoices and Bank Statements
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training
- Professional accounting experience
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Familiarity with GAAP
Competitive compensation and benefits package.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
