Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Mastery: Dive deep into customer project specifications, crafting a comprehensive scope of work for Controls & Electrical installation subcontractors.
  • Negotiation and Collaboration: Take the lead in both customer and subcontractor negotiations, ensuring successful contract awards and robust partnerships.
  • Technical Expertise: Harness your knowledge to review and approve electrical schematics, PLC logic, and HMI graphics. Oversee the fabrication of control panels and ensure the seamless coordination of IT manufacturing requirements.
  • Strategic Planning: Skillfully create requisitions for equipment, determine electrical load requirements, and maintain crucial project schedules.
  • Continuous Improvement: Employ a proactive approach in maintaining our Things Gone Right/Things Gone Wrong journal, driving continuous improvement and upholding our high standards.

What We Need from You:

  • A Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 0-5 years of experience in Automotive Paint Finishing fresh graduates with a passion for the industry are welcome!
  • Proficiency in reading Electrical schematics and PLC/HMI systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with NFPA, NEC codes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
