• Conduct thorough market research, delivering valuable insights into trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Assess market potential, guiding investment decisions and market positioning for new and existing product lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, purchasing, and R&D, to support business growth and product alignment with market demands.
• Monitor global market opportunities, analyzing customer feedback, key challenges, and investment needs to shape effective business strategies.

• A strong background or keen interest in mechatronics or related product design.
• Proficient in financial analysis, with a solid understanding of manufacturing costs and business development.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally (around 30% of the time).
• An analytical thinker whos not afraid to dive deep into complex challenges.
• Self-driven, creative, and adept at working in diverse, cross-functional teams without much oversight.
