Thornton's Tree Service is seeking a skilled and experienced tree trimmer/ crew lead to join our team. Our operations span across West Texas and Oklahoma, and other locations within a 300-mile radius, requiring a dedicated individual willing to operate out of Abilene, TX.

• Lead a crew in performing various tree care tasks including trimming, pruning, and removal.
• Operate and oversee the use of stump grinders, man-lifts, chippers, mini-skid loaders, and other hydraulic equipment.
• Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and within scheduled timelines while maintaining high standards of safety.
• Travel to job sites and manage crew logistics effectively.
• Communicate with clients professionally and address any concerns regarding the work performed.

• Several years of documented experience in tree care services, with proven expertise in tree trimming and removal techniques.
• Ability to lead a crew and work independently to accomplish tasks.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel extensively for job assignments, staying overnight as necessary.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and ensuring no damage to client property during operations.
