Site Director

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Site Director to lead our operations effectively. As a Site Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site management, ensuring efficient food processing, packaging, and maintaining high standards of food safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, mechanical knowledge, and be familiar with HACCP and CGMP guidelines.

Duties:
- Manage and coordinate all site operations to ensure smooth functioning of food processing and packaging activities
- Implement and maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and regulations
- Oversee the fabrication of products in accordance with quality standards
- Utilize forklifts and other equipment efficiently to support production processes
- Lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals
- Monitor mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and addressing any issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize site performance and efficiency

Requirements:
- Prior experience in the food industry with a focus on food processing and packaging
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment used in manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with HACCP and CGMP guidelines for ensuring food safety
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team and drive operational excellenc

10 plus years manufacturing experience

bachelor's degree in science/food science

dairy experience in milk receiving and cheese make process require

Pay: $150,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
