Plant Manager

Duties:
- Manage and supervise all plant operations to achieve production targets and uphold quality standards
- Implement quality control processes to safeguard product integrity
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for enhancement and ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements within the plant environment
- Develop and execute production schedules, including maintenance activities and upgrades
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities for raw materials
- Uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees

Requirements:
- Proven experience in plant management, production management, and supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and systems implementation
- Proficiency in production planning and lean manufacturing principles
- Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with assembling processes and equipment used in plant operation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year

Experience:

• BAKING GOODS Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)
• Management: 5 years (Preferred)
