Production Manager

Duties:
- Manage and supervise all production activities to meet output targets and quality requirements
- Coordinate assembly line operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize production processes
- Oversee inventory management and procurement activities related to production materials
- Train and mentor production staff on safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes and resolve any operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards, and manufacturing best practices

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
