Thornton’s Roofing Company LLC is looking for qualified roofing professionals for our sales team to serve the Big Country. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from start to finish with his/her projects. Keeping customer service a top priority with the Thornton’s Quality standard.
Responsibilities: Maintain healthy relationships with customers, insurance agents, or others working on your project. Provide support to customers throughout the whole process Establish and Maintain accuracy of the job files Input all data, notes, and associated job info into the Customer Relationship Software (CRM) Help keep a culture of honor and integrity Self-generate the required amount of leads per month Continuously train on materials and roof installation process Job Requirements: Sales experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members Able to maintain professional manner in all situations. Time-management and organization skills, managing multiple leads and customers. Must have your own vehicle, current proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license Must own a smart phone Job Qualifications: Self-motivated, performance driven Strong communication skills Understanding of current technology. Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
