Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash is seeking a Sales and Promotional Marketing Specialist who is eager to bring innovative marketing strategies to life and contribute to the growth of our dynamic company. With a focus on developing and executing promotional campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and enhancing our brands visibility. Incumbent will assist in content creation and market research that improves our brand, communications, strategy, and sales.

• Coordinates periodic sales programs and promotions based on merchandising trends.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage the community in the organizations mission.
• Establish relationships with community stakeholders and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with the community, institutions, and organizations.
• Engage in varying outreach activities and educating the community.
• Compiles materials and coordinates activities related to special events such as holidays, new
• store openings, trade shows, or anticipated product release.
• Coordinates activities in various departments to ensure advertising and sales programs reach
• targeted customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Develops and maintains files related to sales programs, weekly ads, and marketing and special
• event communications: ensures they are available for future reference.
• Confers with vendors and brokers regarding the customer response to promotional programs and general market conditions.
• Oversees printing and production of advertising and sales materials.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be willing to work on a computer for long periods of time.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time.
• Prior collaboration or project management experience.
• Aptitude in seeking creative solutions to multifaceted challenges.
• Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends.
• High school degree required, bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant Coursework: Coursework related to marketing, such as marketing principles, consumer behavior, advertising, digital marketing, market research, and communication strategies, preferred.
