Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and indoor air quality accessories for both residential and light commercial clients. Your ability to enhance our customer experience throughout the purchase process and provide expert education on equipment will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation equipment, ductwork, and accessories.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary materials and equipment stocked on your vehicle.
• Document time and materials for jobs accurately.
• Educate clients on equipment and indoor air quality accessories.
• Collect payments from customers for work performed.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• EPA certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnosing issues and repairing HVAC systems.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Work Environment:

• Work in various conditions including outdoor settings, construction sites, rooftops, and residential homes.
• Be prepared to work in extreme weather conditions, including snow, rain, winter storms, and heat advisories.
• Full-time position with the possibility of overtime and participation in an on-call rotation.

• All necessary tools and equipment provided by the company.
• No personal tools required.

• Hourly wage ranging from $25 to $35.
