*What You’ll Do:*
Patient Assessments: Collaborate with healthcare team members to conduct thorough assessments.
Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Venipuncture and IV Insertions: Perform these critical procedures with expertise.
Vital Signs Monitoring: Keep a close watch on patient vital signs and symptoms.
Diagnostic Support: Assist with evaluations and procedures.
Infection Control: Ensure protocols are strictly followed.
Health Coaching: Provide valuable health guidance to patients and families.
Specialized Care: Skills in memory care, internal medicine, and botulinum toxin treatment are a plus.
*What We’re Looking For:*
Epic Proficiency: Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record systems.
Assessment Skills: Strong abilities in patient assessment.
Memory Care Expertise: Experience with memory care patients.
Health Coaching Knowledge: Familiarity with health coaching principles.
Internal Medicine Competency: Knowledge of internal medicine practices.
Venipuncture Skills: Proficiency in venipuncture techniques.
Infection Control: Ability to maintain infection control standards.
IV Insertion: Skilled in IV insertion procedures.
Diagnostic Knowledge: Understanding of diagnostic evaluation processes.
