Role: Business Analyst(UI/UX),

Location: Germantown, WI

Duration: 6 months contract-to-hire

Experience: 3-6 Years

Need candidates who can work on W2 without sponsorship.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications including high-level experience with Microsoft SQL standard database software.
• Proven ability to manage projects and user expectations, High proficiency in technical writing.
• Extensive experience with data visualization..
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
• Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
• Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data: Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (i.e., Figma, wireframing, prototyping).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, Effective written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally and in the region.
