Role: Software Engineer
Duration: Long-term contract

Visa: W2 role
Rate: $75/hr on w2
Required skill:
At least 9 years of IT experience with a Bachelors Degree
Experience working with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) information systems or Centers for Medicare and Medicaid claims
Ability to work independently and effectively with little to no supervision.
Hadoop or Databricks Spark experience
Strong Python skills
Must have SQL skills; Snowflake experience a plus
AWS experience
Team player
Excellent executive function and communication skills

Description of Work:
Responsibilities for this position include:
Work within the Edit Operations (EditOps) Kanban team in charge of Edit releases
Support Edit developer requests to run Edits (models) in the mirrored test environment and provide results back to developer
Help Edit developer troubleshoot, optimize, and tune code for performance
Support the Edit release process, including Edit performance testing, integration, and production release
Use of analytical skills to examine Edit output and help an end user determine why an Edit did or did not reject/deny a claim
Strongly preferred qualifications:
JAVA framework experience
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience; certification preferred.
Strong shell scripting
CLI Linux experience
Visual Studio (VS code) or other IDE experience
Job scheduling / process automation experience
Rules-based model experience
