Description:
We are looking for a Program/Project Manager for Renewables projects across the client landscape. The client has multiple wind, solar and BESS (battery storage) renewables project currently in progress and in the pipeline. Ideally looking for someone in a hybrid office model in the following locations. If not located in the following cities, candidate needs to be willing to travel as needed.
Requirements:
10 years in Information Technology
7 years as a Project or Program Manager
2-3 years of experience in the renewables sector
2 years of experience commissioning OT application projects in the renewables landscape.
Knowledge of SCADA, this is MUST SKILLS.
Must be experienced in delivering in a hybrid methodology (waterfall/Agile)
2 or 3 weeks sprints with incremental delivery where appropriate
Develop fast, fail early - with early and integrated reviews by business.
Tied to an end-to-end schedule with monitoring of critical path.
Experience creating and managing burn down chart for development effort.
Experience forecasting and tracking defect rate and velocity.
Experience with recovery get to green plans for any schedule or resource impacts.
Learn and utilize the business risk management methodology and scoring, and reporting templates.
Experience with integrated project plans and dependencies with pitcher catcher milestones
Must be strong in creating and maintaining detailed project plans broken down into feature, epics and stories, with development, report configuration, data conversion, and interface work broken into poi
