Our Production Manager is the leader of our construction / production team, coaching and mentoring our team members to become better versions of themselves. • Innovation is the heart of what we do, we utilize proprietary software to educate the homeowner about the issues in their home and how we fix them long term.
• We stand behind our waterproofing, foundation repair, and concrete leveling solutions, oftentimes with a 25-year warranty that is transferable if ownership changes.
• On a day-to-day basis, the Production Manager will coach, lead, mentor, and develop our construction / production team members that serve homeowners. Teaching them safety and efficiency while installing water, foundation, and concrete solutions. While maintaining the homeowner experience through quality and 5 star service ensuring professionalism through all aspects of their Thrasher experience!
• Ensures our Key Performance Indicators are achieved - such as "Promises Kept" meaning our crews fulfill their commitments to homeowners.
• Further our purpose by recognizing and rewarding our teammates for living out our values of One Team, One Experience, One Passion, and One Community.
• Ensure the homeowners we serve have a remarkable experience. This role is responsible for ensuring our teams exceed our customer satisfaction ratings and formulate strategies to achieve our sales goals.

So, what are we looking for?

• A business owner mindset with the desire to coach and mentor others to become a better version of themselves. A proven track record of leading a team for a minimum of seven (7) years required. Safety oriented and desire to grow individuals from entry level to Team Leaders.
• An individual that believes in driving accountability and culture.
• Our ideal candidate understands the balance of listening and meeting the needs of the individual while leading with an approach that motivates others and evokes trust.
• Possess a high energy level and demonstrate the ability to lead and energize a team. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize with unwavering attention to detail. Proven experience as a strong communicator, excellent people skills, and motivator. Valid driver’s license required, and ability to pass a driving check and felony/misdemeanor background check.
