**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the designated territory.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related role
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Technical sales knowledge is advantageous
- Prior experience in account management is beneficial
