The Corporate Solution Delivery organization leads the evolving software and systems at TJX for Finance, Human Resources, Collaboration, and Analytics. We chase the big, strategic initiatives enabling TJX to deliver great value to our customers across 4,500 stores worldwide

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Sr. Product Manager within the Global Finance Product team to help with roadmap governance, prioritization, planning and delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for developing vision & strategy for Finance applications based on an understanding of the business strategy & customer needs, leading the product lifecycle, driving the roadmap & backlog management, , delivering on the fiscal year delivery plan, and building strong stakeholder relationships to scale. You will work in a fast-paced environment which will challenge you to think creatively and exhibit an agile mindset. You will also lead discovery workshops with various business and IT partners to identify right solution for Finance business partners. **Profile**

Minimum Qualifications

- 8 years of IT experience

- Experience with, or strong understanding of Product Management, including primary responsibilities: Develop vision/Strategy, product lifecycle management, backlog management / prioritization, business case development, and cost/benefit analysis.

- Experience in Finance, Tax and Reporting applications like Oracle e-Business Suite or similar ERP systems, Vertex/EB Tax, Financial Planning and Reporting applications like (TM1/Anaplan/OneStream).

- Experience in leading Finance systems evaluation, assessment and selection based on business requirements.

- Proven ability to cultivate and manage strong partnerships with Finance Business stakeholders and IT partners at all levels of the organization

- Ability to think strategically

- Strong Agile leadership and methodology experience (Portfolio- SAFe preferred)

- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills, especially the ability to communicate technical concepts to business users and to communicate business needs to the technical teams.

- Working knowledge of agile product & project management tools, such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

- Deep knowledge of solution delivery lifecycle, including project management, business requirements, application development, testing, technologies/platforms, frameworks, and methodologies

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) preferred

- Evidence of having strong, collaborative relationships with Customers, Product Owners, Epics Owners.

- Understanding of Epic/Feature refinement, story point estimation process

- SaaS implementation experience
