Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company

Duration: 03 months contract

Location: Billerica, MA 01821

Shift: 1ST Shift - Required 4 days on-site per week. 1 day Work from Home

Job Description:

  • Handle ER/HR Employee Concerns, Review/Investigate Employee/Management Concerns
  • Support Supervisors/People Managers with coaching and consultation
  • Interpret Policies
  • Intake of ELR concerns, interpret next steps per ER procedures, and submit cases into ServiceNow
  • Evaluate concerns through investigations, involving ELR Manager and Employment Law as needed
  • Support People Managers with Disciplinary or Performance Management concerns
  • Flexible role supporting a 24/7 operation, potentially attending meetings on different shifts

Top 3 Responsibilities:

  1. Manage intake and interpretation of ELR concerns
  2. Submit concerns/cases into ServiceNow and progress accordingly
  3. Support People Managers with Disciplinary or Performance Management concerns

  • May mentor colleagues or direct lower level professionals
