Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Owings Mills, MD 21117 (100% Remote) (DMV Candidates Only)Job Description:
Purpose:
- Ensure accurate and timely enrollment of members into client systems.
- 75%: Enroll subscribers and dependents via fax, mail, and email. Verify enrollment status, resolve discrepancies, process terminations, and reconcile monthly.
- 25%: Coordinate with Account Installation team for member ID card processes and billing.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Less than one year in membership enrollment or related areas.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
- Comprehension of health insurance enrollment software and processes.
- Attention to detail with data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Must disclose any ineligibility for Federal health care programs.
- Effective in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
