Job Title: Process Engineer

Client: Health Care Insurance Company

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Baltimore, MD 21224

Purpose:

• Support application releases, change management, and process optimization.
• Facilitate communication among teams and with stakeholders.
• Assist in technical reviews and accommodate requests.

Essential Functions:

• 50% Communication and technical liaison for planning activities.
• 25% Process baseline creation and redesign for customer experience improvement.
• 25% Facilitate pre- and post-installation calls and technical reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience; or additional 4 years in lieu of degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in process engineering, improvement techniques, and mapping.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Disclosure of any events affecting eligibility for Federal health care programs.
