Job DescriptionJob Title: Product Program Manager I - Product Program ManagementClient: Heavy Machine Manufacturing CompanyDuration: 2 years with possible extensionLocation: Moline, IL, 61265Shift Timings: 1st shift position (8am-5pm)Description
  • Major Purpose:
  • Lead a cross-functional team using the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) to develop and implement improvements to existing products or new product programs.
  • Responsible for meeting program objectives, conducting phase reviews, and maintaining tracking methods.
  • Typical projects: single location, 1 program with
    Major Duties:
    • Budget Tracking:
    • Track budgets, report variances, and manage progress within established finance systems.
    • Project Management:
    • Deliver small- or medium-scale projects within an established program management plan.
    • Networking:
    • Develop and nurture internal and external relationships to support digital initiatives.
    • Strategy Formulation:
    • Explore IT to enhance organizational responsiveness and customer needs.
    • Execution:
    • Deliver digital road map elements using agile and design-thinking principles.
    • Training:
    • Prepare and deliver standardized training programs for digital areas.
    • Innovation:
    • Research and prototype innovation business cases to shape the innovation strategy and road map.
    • Process Development:
    • Facilitate process development workshops, drive agreement on process flows, and document workflows.
    Additional Duties:
    • Operations Oversight:
    • Oversee daily config center operations focused on forecasting, planning, build quality, delivery speed, and asset accuracy.
    • Forecasting & Budgeting:
    • Forecast budget spend and track variances.
    • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Manage internal client and customer relationships and feedback.
    • Quality Control:
    • Formalize and manage the quality review process.
    • Digital Culture:
    • Embrace and apply digital capabilities and Agile methodology.
    • Process Optimization:
    • Assist in process improvements and optimizations, prepare and deliver targeted training.
