Client: ATM Machine Manufacturing Industry
Duration: 12 months contract role
Location: North Canton, OH 44720
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Range: 19.58 /hr - USD 20.98 /hrJob Description:Support revenue generation through maintenance and subscription renewals, and upsell additional services. Assist the Renewal Sales team with documentation, account reconciliation, invoice research, reporting, and task management. Interaction with multiple levels of leadership and small/mid-size financial institutions throughout the US and Canada. Flexible home-office and in-office work.
Responsibilities:
- Support Renewal Sales team in achieving quotas through accurate service renewal tasks.
- Prioritize renewal activities to maximize revenue and cash flow.
- Respond to customer emails related to service renewals.
- Create customer proposals and provide supporting documentation.
- Update customer equipment lists and manage renewal tasks.
- Use Salesforce to document, report, and forecast renewal opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales team and maintain working documents.
- Develop positive relationships with business partners.
- Execute campaigns targeted at existing customers.
- Assist in additional sales and marketing tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in sales support, data entry, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven flexibility in team settings.
- Customer-focused with a passion for exceptional service.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong time management.
- Strong attention to detail and positive attitude.
- Experience with CRM systems and previous customer service a plus.
- Highly motivated, organized, flexible, and results-oriented.
- Excellent mathematical skills, especially in accounting or financial math.
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
