Duration: 6 months contract
Location: 100% remoteJob Description:
Purpose:
- Drive business decisions through metric analysis and report design.
- Lead reporting development and tool acquisition.
- Prepare complex reports and presentations.
- 25%: Present analysis results and recommendations to executives. Develop solutions and evaluate risks.
- 20%: Reconcile and evaluate information from multiple sources.
- 20%: Document requirements, prepare, and analyze data, support client needs.
- 20%: Manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities. Conduct process analysis.
- 15%: Mentor junior Reporting Analysts.
- Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field (or 4 extra years of relevant experience).
- Experience: 5 years in reporting analysis or data management.
- Advanced research and investigative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Disclose any debarment or exclusion affecting work on Federal health care programs.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Meet deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands.
- Provide positive customer service, even to challenging customers.
- Reporting tools: SQL, PowerBI, Tableau
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) upon hire
