Three Rivers Diagnostics is seeking a reliable, experienced, and upbeat Billing Customer Service Specialist.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Educational requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• 1-3 years customer service experience related to healthcare required.
• Experience with insurance preferred.

Skills:

• Lab Compliance
• Microsoft Application, typing (50 words per minute)
• Organizational skills
• Effective communication
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner.

Licenses:

• HIPAA

Duties/responsibilities/details:

• Supporting our billing vendor with outstanding invoices, deficiencies, and medical records.
• Insurance contracts.
• Email and phone focused.
• Assist the client services department as needed.
• Follow all laboratory compliance requirements when handling protected health information.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Supports ongoing changes in a professional manner, contribute to a positive work environment and to the team effort of the laboratory.
