• Individual will give absolute devotion to excellence in the area of customer satisfaction.
• Will maintain optimum personal work habits with regard to setting goals, forecasting sales, production, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.
• Complete any assigned duties in opening and closing the dealership.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the policies and procedures of the fleet department including attendance of all fleet sales meetings.
• He/She will maintain a personal professional appearance, by dressing appropriately in accordance with company dress code policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and knowledge of all fleet sales programs and incentives.
• Assist customers promptly and complete any sales and paperwork in a timely manner
• Follow up on all post delivery items, tag/title work, "we owes", and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

Automotive Fleet Sales Associate Qualifications:

• 2 Years Fleet Sales experience or equivalent is a plus but not a must
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• The commitment to starting a career
• An outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e. a people person)
• The ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• A valid driver's license and meet insurability requirements

• The Fleet Salesperson Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00. The position also may pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
