As a growth marketing manager at ThreeFlow, you'll work closely with marketing, client experience, and sales to achieve acquisition targets while increasing client retention and expansion. You'll create and launch go-to-market campaigns, test and validate new messaging, and achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement goals. This is a collaborative and metrics-focused role for someone who's passionate about driving impact at an early-stage startup. About the role Establish and optimize programs that help build awareness, generate and nurture qualified leads, and activate and retain customers Ideate, test, and scale new acquisition channels, forecasting metrics in detailed test plans Partner with product marketing to develop a deep understanding of ThreeFlow's clients and partners (employee benefits brokers and carriers) and collaborate with cross-functional leads to create and implement high-impact strategies that achieve key business objectives Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, and events to engage and convert target audiences Manage SEO Light, short-form copywriting support, utilizing best practices, with various short-form campaign tactics Proactively research and monitor industry trends to help build new opportunities and drive performance goals Establish, track, and optimize KPIs across all channels and take data-driven action to increase performance month over month About you 4 years of B2B digital marketing and demand generation experience, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company Strong working knowledge of marketing automation software (Marketo), Salesforce, Google Analytics, and B2B advertising tools (including LinkedIn, AdWords, and Twitter). Webflow and Intercom experience is a plus Proven record building and optimizing lead nurture and customer onboarding programs, with samples and results of past campaigns Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organization and prioritization skills; comfortable switching gears and moving between projects seamlessly Cross-functional experience communicating and managing relationships with internal partners Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and insights through data analysis Please note that immigration sponsorship (H-1B, TN, etc.) is not currently available for this position.
