We are looking for an organized and experienced retail store manager to ensure that sales targets and customer service standards are met. The store manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of both retail and production operations.

The store manager provides supervision, oversight, and management of the retail operation to generate profit and fulfill the company’s mission, which is to increase re-use and recycling of clothing in partnership with non-profit organizations in the community.

Retail Manager Responsibilities:

• Management of daily operations, including 20-25 store employees
• Responsible for the overall operation of the store, including opening and closing
• Maintaining quality, safety and housekeeping standards
• Recruiting, training, and development of team members
• Ensuring customer service standards are met
• Set and maintain staff schedules
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets
• Meet weekly production goals
• Team member accountability of performance expectations
• Budgeting and payroll
• Daily banking requirements

Retail Manager Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years prior retail experience
• Ability to motivate your team
• Excellent customer service skills

Salary

• $60,000 - $80,000 annually with bonus pay (based on sales and labor)
