Thrifty White Pharmacy is currently hiring a Coordinator to join our Billing & Receivables team at the Corporate Headquarters in Plymouth, MN.

Billing & Receivables Coordinator Key Details :

• Work collaboratively with team manager on various tasks and projects
• Assist team leadership with creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and general team resources
• Maintain team folders and documents on the network drive
• Assist Manager with creating various department reporting
• Provide back-up and or relief for team as needed

Billing & Receivables Coordinator Key Qualifications :

• Excellent organization skills and detail oriented
• Outstanding communication skills (both oral and written)
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with cross functional teams
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
