Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Associate at Thrive Cannabis Marketplace in North Las Vegas, NV. The Retail Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role will require strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse customers
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in providing excellent customer service
• Experience in inventory management or related field
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
