**Job Title: Acquisitions Agent**

**Role Overview:**

As an Acquisitions Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our real estate company's growth by actively pursuing residential real estate leads through door-to-door interactions. You will work primarily from a list provided by the company, identifying and engaging with potential leads in target neighborhoods.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify and qualify residential real estate leads.

2. Engage with homeowners to assess their interest in selling their properties or working with our company to find a solution for them.

3. Provide information about our company's services and value proposition.

4. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and outcomes.

5. Collaborate with the acquisitions team to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts.

6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion processes.

**Time Commitment:**

- 2-3 days per week dedicated to boots-on-the-ground work, engaging with leads in person.

- Remaining days will involve virtual work, including follow-up calls, data management, and strategy discussions.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.

- Desire to learn and grow within a tight-knit real estate company.

Pay:

- This will be commission based with the new target to be between $40,000-$50,000/year

- All gas will be covered
